Yesterday, a friend of mine from Malaysia informed me tat a company is looking for draughtsman (sort of like drafter). The company advertised in Malaysia's newspaper.
After a few minutes of consideration, I decided to call them. The outcome of the call, they want me to go for an interview on the next day, which is today.
Woke up at 8am to prepare myself. The interview was at 9.30am. The company location is really close to my house, take bus only need 5 stops, about 15 minutes. I left my house at 8.50am.
Even though I alighted at the wrong stop, but I still managed to reach the company before 9.30am. Luckily I went out earlier.
Filled in the form and waited for 5 minutes or so, the director (not too sure what's her position) talked to me and asked for my documents like IC, passport, diploma cert etc.
And then, HANDS ON TEST!!!!
It was not that hard. Create certain things and align according to a plan with correct dimension/proportion in Adobe Illustrator. Even though I am not very used to using Illustrator compare with Photoshop, at least I have the basic knowledge. So, not a problem for me.
After that, the director started to talk to me about the company, about work permit issue etc. In the end, she said that I can start working on next monday.
LOL!!!
After few months of unemployed life, it finally comes to an end!! No more slacking life, time to get back to busy life!!

Nephew's birthday
I went back to Muar last week on saturday. It was 2 weeks after my last trip back to Muar.
It was my nephew birthday, on Sunday 26th July. This is main reason why I've decided to go back Muar. My eldest sistor told me that her hushband, my bro-in-law has made some cakes and asked me whether I am going back. She knows that I like to eat, especially desserts.
Well... Why not? since I've nothing better to do in Singapore... = . =
My sis bought home 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut and a few packages of fried chicken from a shop near her house called AFC. It reminded us the famous KFC. lol...
The cakes that my bro-in-law made for his son was a cheescake, with colourful decorations on top of it. Well... for kids...
Other than that, my sis also brought me Kaya Cake that my bro-in-law made. My sis saved a slice for me (I didn't take a photo of it tho).

Time to get back to normal life
I've been busy playing MMO since 2 months ago.
A gamers will understand how I felt especially MMO players. When started MMO, the ultimate goal will be chionging level, in order to become a stronger ones.
Today, 17 July 2009, I've made a decision to stop the MMO game. (level 92, best level in my life so far for MMO)
It's quite tiring to play game everyday, from morning til night, after wake up, before go to bed. I guess I had enough of that lifestyle.
Freedom, I've gained. Released from the chain MMO leveling life!!!
It has been quite some time since my last time touching my wacom tablet...
Since I've nothing else to do, I finally picked up the wacom and started to play with the stylus (the pen thingy to draw on wacom tablet, for those who don't know) and the sketch below is the outcome...

Graduation, Jobless, Unemployed...
After graduation ceremony has passed, I am officially a non-student now.
Stepping into a brand new world, dunno what to do, what to choose...
A diploma holder, with not-up-to-industry-standard skill, I am totally lost. The application letter were sent, none has replied. This is quite depressing. People said we can't choose our 1st job, only job choose us, especially fresh-grad in the year of 2009, a year that facing economic crisis.
My future? After a few months of considerations, I know that I will still go for degree course next year, because the diploma course didn't make me well-prepared for this industry. We learned everything, from 2D traditional art/photoshop/flash, 3D Maya/3DMax to scripting/programming Flash/Python/HTML... A bit here and a bit there, stuffed with all sort of basics. So many things and yet, none of the skill has really become my strength, my weapon.
I feel kinda regretted that I didn't throw much effort on the modules (even though the course was kinda screwed up cause we are the pioneer batch). Scripting/programming is really a very good and essential skill to have in order to join design industry...
Now, I need a job, to earn some money and to spend my time.
There is a vacancy available in Muar, as an admin, or something like that. I guess the pay will be RM1000++. I am considering whether should I take that job. I really wish I can get a job in Singapore.
If I work in Muar, is not like I can't survive with that RM1000++ salary. I can save a lot of money cause I wouldn't need to pay for food, travelling fare or even rental, and can get more time to spend with family.
However, if I go back Muar, my cousins here in Singapore will need to pay extra for the rental and internet bill. I feel that this is not fair to them. And also, working in Singapore will be safer and more convenient since there are MRT and buses everywhere. There is no need for me to ride on my own vehicle (most likely will be motorbike).
Haiz... What should I do??

Sodagreen 苏打绿 —— 春。日光
苏打绿乐团，是我欣赏的乐团之一。认识我的人，或多或少应该会知道吧。
苏打绿主唱，青峰的声音辨识度非常的高。可说是“阴阳嗓”的代表之一。歌声偏向阴柔，却也不失爆发力。歌声情感的感染力我觉得非常好，是少数能让我听歌听得起鸡皮疙瘩的歌手之一。
一般上，听过青峰歌声的人都会满极端的看法——喜欢或讨厌。我是喜欢的那一派。苏打绿之前的专辑我都有听，而且都还蛮喜欢。主唱青峰写歌的能力还真是毋庸置疑。
苏打绿除了唱自己写的歌之外，他们的一些歌也让其他的歌手唱了，而且也红了。好比杨乃文“女爵”、杨丞林“带我走”、张惠妹新歌“掉了”、萧敬腾“多希望你在”等等。
新专辑春。日光走的是民谣风，有别于以前的专辑，少了电吉他声和鼓声，多了小提琴和吉他。整张专辑听起来是舒服的……
这张专辑非常特别。整张专辑里的12首歌曲如果排开来，宛如是一首诗歌
融雪之前，牧神搭上春色的火车。
日光在我们之间配乐，
各站停靠，
一千座喷泉交响梦，

2009苏打绿决定以“韦瓦第计划”作全面跨国性突破出击，以“春、夏、秋、冬”的主题呈现，预计在两年内发行四张专辑和一次小巨蛋演唱会。
苏打绿的“韦瓦第计划”，定名来由是来自于18世纪初古协奏曲之父─韦瓦第，他以音乐呈现文字，写出了“四季”小提琴协奏曲〈The Four Seasons〉，从07年“无与伦比的美丽”专辑当中“四季狂想”这首歌开始萌芽“韦瓦第计划”的发想，紧接着在小巨蛋的演唱会也以“春、夏、秋、冬”的主题呈现，因此简单说明“韦瓦第计划”就是包含了四个季节 + 四个城市 + 四种情绪 + 四张专辑，苏打绿将依序逐步实现。

The Sentosa trip
Can't remember the exact date, but it was on the week before my graduation ceremony...
Our original purpose of having this outing was to let Shun Lai, who was about to serve his National Service soon, to enjoy his life before entering NS. People who joined the party were Aishah, Alice, Shun Lai, Shi Xiang, Zi Tian, Clifton and me... I didn't miscount anyone right? I think so......
After meeting at Harbourfront MRT station around 12pm, we went to Vivo City to have our lunch/brunch. What were we having for lunch/brunch? Errr...... Old liao. Can't remember well...
Oh ya! It was the foodcourt at Vivo City. I had Chicken Rice!!! They said that I am becoming more and more like Singaporean, chicken everyday. It is true that in singapore, the easiest food u can find is chicken rice. IT'S EVERYWHERE!!! Too bad that i didn't take photo of that chicken rice.
Well, if u wan to know how did my chicken rice look like, u can simply go any kopitiam or foodcourt and order a plate of chicken rice. That's how it looked like...
After lunch/brunch, we walked pass a shop that sells a lot of weird stuff. It's unique because the shop is selling a lot of National Geography stuff, like encyclopedia of animals, photographs of other countries' sceneries etc. And also shirts and shoes/boots from other countries as well.
Again, we didn't take any photo there. =X
After shopping in Vivo City to get what we needed like drinks, we finally went to take the mini train (or however it's called) to Sentosa beach. 3 bucks per person if I remember correctly.
This is how it is in the train. Don't ask what we were doing. I don't even know myself.
The train passed through the construction site of IR, which is said to be the main attraction of Singapore soon (3 more years?).
We alighted from the train when we reach Sentosa's Siloso Beach. We took shuttle ride to the beach site. And TADAAA!!!! We finally reach the beach. It was already afternoon, around 2pm...

The weather was extremely hot. But I enjoyed there, cause it was breezy there... Cool!
After we changed into swimming attire (just took of shirt and change to short pant/bermudas). The sun was really bright and hot, each and everyone of us will definitely get sunburn if we didn'y apply lotion. So we bought one and share. And we also bought a ball, but we didn't get to play in the end because the wind is too strong there.
The sea water, not really clear, and can see some known/unknown objects floating around, but the water temperature was really cool. It suited the hot day. Who cares!!! Just enjoy and have fun!!!
All the guys took the chance to tan ourselve. However, the effect wasn't that great though. The girls went there just to kick water. Then the rest of the time they were just sitting under the shade of trees...
Sun tan... Like dead bodies being washed ashore...
Playing with sandWe spent our whole afternoon near the beach, played water, burried human, played sand war in the sea til evening around 6pm. Then we went to clean ourselve.
Back to Vivo city, we were deciding where to have our dinner. In the end, Breeks was chosen! The food was kinda nice, but the price was a bit expensive for us who were still unemployed.
The main courses... Can't remember the name liao.
Desserts!! 2 bowls of ice cream because the promotion BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!!
We actually spent more than 2 hours for dinner. It was already 9pm+ when we left Breeks. What's after that?
CAMWHORE!!! lol...
We went to the open area at Vivo City to rest, talk cock and take retarded pictures...
Yea... We were just bored...

当我在写这篇文章的同时，我的耳里正充满着 Lala 徐佳莹 的歌声。
Lala 徐佳莹 算是乐坛的新人吧...
初试声啼是在台湾 第三届超级星光大道 里
她打败了众多好手，勇夺第一名。
当时我对他的声音感觉是还不错，只是似乎少了爆发力
不过对于她的创作，我却认为真的很不错
现在发了专辑，我倒觉得她的声音+歌曲是越听越好听
超推荐：圆舞曲，失落沙洲，身骑白马
不错听：白旗，一样的月光
